Philoptochos Spanakopita Pan
Flaky layers of golden phyllo pastry filled with a savory blend of spinach, herbs, and creamy feta cheese—our Spanakopita Spinach Puffs are a beloved Greek classic! Each order comes in a small pan (6–8 pieces), perfect for sharing at family gatherings or enjoying at home. These homemade treats are baked with care by the women of Philoptochos, continuing a cherished tradition of faith, food, and fellowship.
The items are sold frozen, allowing you to bake them at your convenience. We invite you to place your orders to support those in need while treating your family and guests to authentic Greek cuisine.

History
The first edition of Popular Greek Recipes was published in May of 1957. Sixty years have passed and we are now celebrating our 17th printing.
Our 50th Anniversary 15th edition was a newly revised hard cover copy with four previous revisions, new chapters, over one hundred new recipes, menu suggestions, a Lenten chapter, and mealtime prayers. Many recipes were adjusted to contemporary methods of cooking but still retained their Greek authenticity and heritage.
Popular Greek Recipes has been inducted into the prestigious Walter S. McIlhenny Hall of Fame. This award is given to recognize books published for fund raising purposes by non-profit organizations and considered classic in their field. It honors the committed volunteers who use it to benefit charitable endeavors. Only books that have sold more than 100,000 copies are eligible. The national recognition is one of the annual Tabasco Community Cookbook Awards. According to McIlhenny, “The true meaning of community is defined within each of the unique cookbooks.” We are humble and deeply grateful for this award.
Our chapter is truly blessed by the loyalty of our many friends all over the country. Without you we would not have been given this prestigious award and honor. We thank all of the grandmothers, mothers, daughters, and granddaughters who have remained faithful these many years. May God bless you all! Welcome to a delightful experience in Greek cooking.
Enjoy! Καλή Επιτυχία
